Introduction

Plusly is a Matrix chat client. We do not collect or store any personal data on our own servers. All messages are stored on your chosen Matrix homeserver.

Permissions Used

• CAMERA: Used only when you take a photo to send in a chat, or scan a QR code for login
• MICROPHONE: Used for voice/video calls with your consent
• STORAGE: Used to save attachments you choose to download
• LOCATION: Optional - used only if you choose to share your location

Data Storage

Your chat history, contacts, and media are stored on the Matrix homeserver you connect to. Plusly does not have its own servers.

Child Safety Standards

Plusly is committed to protecting children from sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). We have a zero-tolerance policy for child sexual abuse material (CSAM).

Our Standards

• We prohibit any content or behavior that sexually exploits, abuses, or endangers children
• We do not allow grooming, sextortion, or trafficking of children on our platform
• We take immediate action when we become aware of CSAM, including removal and reporting to authorities
• We cooperate with law enforcement and child safety organizations

If you encounter CSAM or suspect child exploitation, please report it immediately:
